The principals of Diversified Realty Solutions, LLC are Keanne Henry and Gerald C. Seegars, Esq.
Keanne Henry is a graduate of Harvard University in Cambridge, MA who earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Sciences. Ms. Henry has a vast array of experience in real estate matters including multifamily housing, raw land acquisition and development and single family home renovations. Keanne also has a real estate license in Maryland and DC.
Gerald C. Seegars is a graduate of the George Washington Law School where he was the Treasurer of the Black Law Student Association. Gerald did his undergraduate studies of the University of Stony Brook in Stony Brook, N.Y. Mr. Seegars has extensive experiences in real estate transactions involving probate matters, bankruptcy matters, foreclosures and real estate development and other time sensitive real estate related issues. Mr. Seegars is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Washington, DC and is the founder and Principal Broker of Urbane Realty, LLC
