At the moment, we have limited our investment areas to Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD metro areas with the bulk of our business in D.C. metro.
Because of our extensive marketing and networking, we sometimes come across deals that may not meet our investing criteria at that particular moment. We will sometimes wholesale these deals or birddog the lead.
